Youth Basketball Workout #3

I’ve been sharing some of what my daughters do for their basketball workouts with hopes to create a community of people who discuss ideas for youth basketball development. I’m sharing what my daughters ages nine and twelve do with hopes that some people will let me know what they are up to.

Currently, we have three on-court workouts we do. Afterwards, we go home for some strength and agility work. We work out three days in a row and then take a day off.

  1. I see you are moving to Boone. I am the girl’s basketball and volleyball coach at Hardin Park in Boone and a basketball junkie. If your daughters are planning on attending Hardin Park feel free to email me and I will get you up to date on the sports scene in Boone.

    • Hey Andy, thanks so much for the comment and the kind offer. I think my girls will be going to Parkway. Does that make us rivals for a few years? 🙂 They went to the high school hoops camp this summer. I look forward to visiting with you soon!
